Our process:

Email us your resume and we will contact you for a phone interview.  The following step is meeting for an interview and to create a video resume.  We then market you to our clients and local recruiters.

Why a video resume? Our experience in estate services has shown that the employee/employer connection is as reliant on matching personalities as much as background and experience.  Working in a home or estate is very personal and we understand that.  (See one of our Video Resumes) 

Experience & Background:

Your experience is not as relevant as your background.  Yes, you need to know how to complete the basic job functions and requirements.  But we also place high marks on personality, attitude and humility. In some situations, estate staffing can boil down to 20% position-specific experience and 80% personality.

Coaching & Training:

With over 20 years experience we help in all areas of the process.  We provide in-depth training (Outlook, Quicken, etc.) to job coaching.  We even help those coming from an office background, looking to make a change.

We do not list job descriptions on our website.  For the right individual we find positions that suit them and the client.
